GlobePRwire sells digital credits that can be redeemed for press release distribution and related services. Because fulfillment begins once credits are applied, refunds are limited to unused credits under the conditions below.

  • Credits that have not been scheduled, submitted for review, or applied to a distribution request.
  • Credits purchased within the past 30 days, unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.
  • Orders paid directly through the platform or via an authorized invoice. Third-party marketplace purchases follow that provider’s rules.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been used to submit, schedule, or distribute a press release, including cases where distribution was completed ahead of schedule.
  • Expired credits or promotional bonuses provided at no additional cost.
  • Editorial, writing, or translation add-ons that were delivered or initiated on your behalf.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your account email, order reference, and the number of unused credits you would like refunded. We may request additional information to verify the status of the credits.
